Refund and Replacement

At Dropship Tarjeeh, we aim to offer a seamless and reliable dropshipping experience. Since we operate on a B2B model with COD (Cash on Delivery) order fulfillment, the refund and replacement policy is structured to maintain transparency between Dropship Tarjeeh and our registered sellers.

1. No Refunds for Delivered Orders

We do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully delivered to the customer. As a seller, it is your responsibility to ensure:

  • Accurate product descriptions on your store

  • Clear communication with your customers

  • Return or exchange terms (if applicable) on your own platform

2. Return or Undelivered Orders

If an order is:

  • Returned by the customer, or
  • Not delivered and sent back to us,

the item will be returned to our warehouse. These orders are:

  • Not refundable, but
  • Will not be charged the full delivery fee again.

Return Fee: SAR 15 (including VAT) is charged for returned/undelivered parcels.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, the seller must:

  • Raise a complaint with Dropship Tarjeeh support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide images and order details for investigation.

If the claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no additional product cost.
  • Shipping charges may still apply.

4. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement is subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof of damage or error is required (photos, unboxing video preferred)
  • Product must not be used or tampered with

5. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes, our team will:

  • Investigate the issue internally
  • Coordinate with the logistics partner if needed
  • Offer a solution based on warehouse and delivery records

Dropship Tarjeeh reserves the right to make the final decision in all dispute cases.
